Ce magnifique appartement de vacances à Malaga est situé au cinquième étage. Il a récemment été entièrement rénové et décoré, avec des sols en marbre de haute qualité, murs en briques et fenêtres en bois.
La propriété mesure plus de 140 mètres carrés ; elle est composée de 2 chambres avec lits doubles. L'une d’elle dispose d'une salle de bains privative. L'autre salle de bain est située dans le couloir. Une des salles de bains a une baignoire, l'autre a une douche. Les deux chambres de cette belle maison de vacances à Malaga donnent sur une charmante petite rue éloignée du brouhaha de la route principale.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the Mary apartment. Carlos and Theresa (at Solaga) were very helpful. The property was exceptionally well set up. My husband and I love to cook, and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The location was perfect! plus

Close to a grocery store, all major attractions, etc. The location was a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends, but we rolled with it! When you are in central Malaga, this is a given at any property. We would definitely stay here again.

Upscale appliances, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, 2 ample bedrooms, 2 nice baths, living room & attached study - a very nice place to stay. Easy walk to everything - the Alcazaba is only 10 minutes away, and all of the old city and its shops, restaurants, museums and more. The harbor and the beach are only slightly further. Really great ! Highly recommended. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating as well. We would return in a heart beat !

We loved the location, just on the edge of the old town but walkable to the beach, shops and many many restaurants. The facility was very well kept and the kitchen was a dream. The balcony saved us each day we had coffee in the sunshine and early eveplus

The balcony saved us each day we had coffee in the sunshine and early evening drinks. The bathroom nightlights built in the cabinets were handy and the full laundry room and lots of storage was appreciated. Having inside doors made a big difference in keeping out any street noise. Finally the Solaga team was so helpful allowing us to use their office and phone when our plans were suddenly cut short due to the Covid 19 virus

The apartment was very comfortable and has a great kitchen for cooking if you choose to dine in. Great Wi-fi/ cable., laundry. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed here for 10 days for Spanish immersion school on this street and also day- tripped to Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba. The property management was very helpful, responsive and delightful. Highly recommend this property!
